Farewell ICT

     

         

        This is the last grading period of our high school life. I am very sad to say farewell to my classmates and teachers. I will miss all those good and even those bad memories and to those problems that I had encounter in my high school life. I am very thankful to all my friends who never left me when I'm down.

Thank you for the knowledge that you taught us ma'am. I really enjoyed the subject ICT. This subject is very interesting. I learned a lot like notepad, adobe Photoshop and others. I really appreciate those lessons.

           Thank you for everything. I will never forget you. You’re always in my heart ma’am.

Instincts

      

Future…..  A simple word but it implies plenty of meanings. I can’t just imagine what would be my life in the future. I don’t still want to be in the future but I can’t just stop it anymore. Time is running very fast and I don’t know what is my feeling right now. I really don’t know if I am excited or I am scared on what will happen in the future.

I had so many questions in my mind that no one can answer right now.  Those questions that built my mind make me more curious on the happenings in this world right now.  Some of the questions that make up my mind are as follows: how could be my life after 1 decade? Or even 2 decades indeed?  Is my life in the future the same as my life now? How about the world? Would it end after the certain years in my life? Are there other technologies that will be invented and more interesting things in the future? I knew that all of these questions are not answerable by anyone. Only God could answer these.

God made us completely without any hesitations. He is the greatest among the best. We all knew that. I had so many insights about my life in the future. I’m just thinking that I would become a professional employee of a company. I would be contented in my life when that time comes. There were really lots of things that may happen in the future. Most of it is unexpectedly. We’ll that’s life. We could not escape from the reality.

Everything changes. There are no such things that are permanent in this world. Even if the smallest or biggest things in the whole world changes. If things changes, living things changes also. Simply, all of us changes

There are now lots of problems that are happening in our country now. In order to change our immoral doings in our country, I should start changing these by my own. I should change my immoral doings first in order for me to become a good leader someday.

Being a real person will guide me to overcome a brighter future. I knew myself; I could change my bad attitudes. I am familiar in the saying that nobody is perfect but I am perfect in the eyes of God. Actually, we are all perfect in the eyes of God. We should change the worst for the better.

I will guide myself to reach for the better. Guiding my self is just like guiding others. Even if I am only a simple student/person, I knew that I can enhance my skills. When the time comes that I had already change most of my wrong doings, I could say that can now guide others to reach their aspirations in life. When this comes, I would be very proud in myself. I will then proudly say that, I can do better for a brighter future.

It is really true that in order for me to serve others, I must do it for myself first. The future is in one’s hand, the changes are in our hands. Being true to myself would be the best part of my life.

JUBILEE IN ILOCOS

Jubilee in Ilocos

          

         Kannawidan festival is considered now as our tradition here in Ilocos. It plays a very vital rule in our lives. This is considered now as our tradition because it is about 7 years in our lives now. Seven years of celebrating this kind of tradition.

          This festival starts from January 29 until February 3, 2014. Days run fast. I couldn’t just imagine that it is now again Kannawidan Festival. Well, I am very glad because of that. During the opening program of the said festival, I was there. There were lots of people. There was lot of students like me that comes from different schools. It is then the reason why the whole surroundings became very hot and crowded; I expected this because entire Ilocos is celebrating this.

 I was there for about 8:00 in the morning but unfortunately, it started for about 10 am. Our beloved Governor Ryan Singson was there together with Sir Jerry Singson and the guest speaker of today’s occasion, Senator Cynthia Villar. Governor Ryan Singson delivered his speech first followed by Sen. Cynthia Villar. Both of them talked about youths and also agricultures and different products here in Ilocos. I was very inspired in the messages of them and of course this serves as an inspirational message to my fellow youths.

There were really lots of activities on this festival. We could see different products in the different municipalities entire Ilocos. There were really lot of products and there are also food courts.

I am very happy to have this kind of festival. It makes me proud to be an Ilocano. I am proud to be from Ilocos Sur!!!
